The CSV v5.1 contains two changes not in 5.0. The changes are:

• 4.21- Connection with SOAR- Stages of collection changed from exit to all stages in 5.1
• HUD VASH Voucher tracking element was added to 5.1 CSV (showing as 4.5 in CSV 5.1)
